I rode to the dealership apprehensive, as no other dealership could help me . I rode from Jasper through 4 rainstorms. I walked into the dealership and met with Chuck who I have been talking to on the phone . Super nice guy. Sat down at his desk and he told me I had already been approved. My wife and I went and looked at the 2008 Dyna Super Glide that we had looked at online , went and signed the papers. My wife and I enjoyed visiting Natchez Trace Harley Davidson yesterday. We had a wonderful visit with Will Fretwell and the excellent staff. We purchased 2 Harleys from Will to add to our growing Harley collection. I am not the easiest guy to sell a Harley to as I have owned a Motorcycle shop in the past, but Will was very easy to deal with and came out in the pouring rain to help us load both bikes on the trailer. Natchez Trace has earned my business for life, and I highly recommend you stop in and talk to Will if youre looking to purchase a bike! The staff was super friendly, a class act all the way!

Our experience at Natchez Trace HD was fantastic! We worked with Rachael Brown to buy our new Road King and she is probably the best salesperson that we have ever worked with! Rachael and the entire staff were very accommodating to us and when we are ready to buy another Harley, this is the dealership where we will bring our business. Highly recommended!

I've mentioned to everyone before, that I've drove past this dealership for years, but never thought I'd actually visit, much less walk away the proud owner of a 2007 Nightster. Having worked for a auto dealership before, I've always wondered why people would want to ride up to a "dealership" and hang out. After one visit, I get it. It's more like a home clubhouse or family hangout than a normal dealership. Yes, there are things to buy, bikes, merch, accessories, etc. but you never feel pressured by anyone there. They are there hanging out, and talking with everyone and will go out of their way to assist you however they can, but never try and push things on you. I would and have proudly recommended them to anyone who ask's. If you are like me, and never thought you could own a Harley, Please, see the wonderful people here, and they will do everything they can, to make the thought, a reality.

I took my bike to NTHD for the first service and some parts installation . As it was Saturday, at the beginning of riding season, they were extremely busy. I didn't have an appointment, and fully expected to leave my bike for a few days. I was wrong.

The crew in the Service Department told me that even though they were really busy that they would probably be able to get it finished same day. A few hours later my bike was ready, and washed!

This dealership and ALL of the staff there, ALWAYS go above and beyond!

The other dealerships in the area should take note of the exemplary customer service that Natchez Trace Harley gives every customer, every time.

Thanks to Natchez Trace Harley for service work. Had front end problem and was stranded 60 miles from dealership on a Sunday afternoon. NTH sent service truck out with Derrick driving and picked up bike in a very timely manner. Arrived at dealership and immediately went to work, replaced front bearing, wheel & tire in less than hour and was on my way. Thanks to Casey and missed the tech's name but they went out of their way to get me on the road. 5 stars to NTH and big thank you.

This was my first HD purchase, and I didn't really know what to expect. Patient; informative; no high pressure sales; a finance office that goes above and beyond to work with you... They truly worked together to make me happy as a customer, whether I decided to make a purchase or not. So much better than buying a car. I had thought that I would probably try to buy an HD from a private seller, but my wife and I couldn't have been much happier with the Natchez Trace crew.

This is a great dealership to do business with, and the sales never fails to help in anyway they can. The parts department goes out of their way to make sure that I have what I need, and I would highly recommend doing business with them because they are a staff that cares about the customers and the area.

Great sales staff. Listened to what I wanted. Never pressured me to the more expensive bikes, like I experienced at other dealers. Audrey was a tremendous help before and after the sale. Our friend had a flat tire 70 miles away from the dealership on Labor Day weekend. They brought an enclosed trailer and hauled it back. They took excellent care of us, and saved the weekend. We love you guys! You're the best!!

From the first time we walked into the dealership, we were treated as family. That was over a year ago when we were just visiting the area. Once we finally moved to the area, they were the natural choice when it came time to upgrade. Great place.

Took the Motorcycle Training class this weekend. Yes I completed it but I didn't get my certification. I passed each portion but when it came test time I just wasn't secure enough to complete each portion without error.

BUT

I will Highly Recommend it to Anyone that has an interest in learning to ride or even already rides because this course, teaches you Alot on safety. Even my spouse learned a few things when I told him about my days.

They have two of the Most Awesome Instructors. Tim & Tim. Lol

They communicate well, give great instructions & even recommend questions.

I will be returning for my certificate & am looking forward to attaining it.
